Welcome to Angela M. Parker LLC (“My Assistant Angela”). By using our website and engaging our virtual assistant services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Angela M. Parker LLC offers virtual assistant services as outlined in our service packages. Services may include administrative support, content creation, project management, and other tasks agreed upon in writing.

2. Work Schedule & Availability

• Services are provided Monday through Friday, excluding major federal holidays.

• Work is performed at various times throughout the day, depending on the agreed scope.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, hours are limited to those outlined in your selected service package.

3. Compensation & Payment Terms

• All payments for services are due in advance on the 1st of each month.

• Payments not received within 3 days of the due date will incur a 10% late fee.

• If payment is not received within 7 days, all work will be paused until payment is made.

• If payment is not received within 14 days, the agreement may be terminated.

• No refunds or prorated reimbursements will be provided for unused hours.

Accepted forms of payment: Direct deposit, Venmo, and Zelle.

4. Cancellations & Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice.

• Payments made are non-refundable and non-prorated.

• Any outstanding balance must be paid in full upon termination.

5. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. All client information, including business operations, financial details, passwords, and proprietary materials, will be handled with strict security and privacy.

6. Independent Contractor Status

Angela M. Parker LLC operates as an independent contractor. Clients are not responsible for providing benefits, insurance, or tax withholdings.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
